After my last blog post on presidents’ salaries in Central and Eastern Europe became the most-read post on my blog within less than 48 hours after posting it (thanks to those who shared it on Facebook and Twitter), I decided to write a second post on presidents’ salaries – this time on the income of presidents in Western Europe.
